"Right Back at It Again" is the second track and the beginning single from A Day to Remember's fifth album, Common Courtesy (2013). In October 20, 2015, the song was featured in Activision rhythm-music game, Guitar Hero: Live.

Music and lyrics [edit]

Vocalizer, Jeremy McKinnon wrote the lyrics, while the music was written past McKinnon, former guitarist Tom Denney, guitarist Neil Westfall and producer Andrew Wade.[2] "Correct Back at Information technology Again" almost wasn't included on the album every bit it was one of the excess songs the band had recorded, "nosotros realised that it sounded slap-up, so on information technology went."[3]

"Correct Back at It Again" was appear on Oct seven, 2013 to be broadcast as part of BBC Radio 1's Stone Show the following midnight, with the band calling the song their "make new single".[iv] The song impacted radio on November eleven.[5] "Right Dorsum at Information technology Again" charted at number 33 on the Alternative Songs nautical chart,[half-dozen] and at number 40 on the Modernistic Stone chart in the U.S.[7] McKinnon, Westfall and guitarist Kevin Skaff performed a surprise acoustic prove for Warped Tour 2013 Britain on November 17,[8] and some other acoustic set, this time at Banquet Records the following twenty-four hours, both in London;[9] band played "Right Dorsum at It Again" on both occasions.[10] [11]

Tamsyn Wilce for Alter the Printing! noted that the way "Right Back at it Once more" follows on from opening track "City of Ocala" "continues the catchy hardcore beats" that is present in all of the band'due south albums.[12] Rock Sound'southward Andy Ritchie called the song "unmistakably the 'All I Want' of 'Common Courtesy'".[13] A music video for the song was released on 19 December 2013. The music video was nominated for Best Video at the Kerrang! Awards.[14]
